How to Find Your Student’s Certification
There may be times that you need to search for a student’s certification whether to keep track of completion or for your organization’s records. Below are options for how to manage this, including instructions on how to navigate your Thinkific instructor page so you can find your student’s certificates once they complete the final exam!
Step 1: Log onto Your Instructor Portal
To Ensure you are viewing the website as an instructor (and not as a student yourself) click on the link to the right to see your students progress.
Step 2: Go To “Users,” and “Progress Reports.”
On the left of your screen, click “Users,” and then, next to the particular class you’re searching, click, “Progress Reports.”
Step 3: Search for the Particular Student
In the Search Bar, type the name of the particular student you’re searching for
Step 4: View their Certificate
Here is where you can verify and see your student’s certification. Under the student, you will see the final exam progress status. Final Exams are notated as “Wilderness First Aid (WFA) FA.1H.24” or “Wilderness First Responder (WFR) FA.2H.24.” Next to this, it will show 100% if the student has completed the exam.
Additional Steps and Support
Another option is to ask your student’s at the end of your practical training to send you a copy of their certificate via email. That way, once a student completes their final exam, they can download the certificate and send it to you or your organization.
